Whisk everything in a small bowl until smooth and creamy.
Serve as a dipping sauce for chicken or other meats. The sauce has the best consistency when served at once but it can be warmed in the microwave if done gently and carefully to keep it from "breaking". You will have to whisk it well afterward.

This sauce was so good with the Chicken kabobs we cooked up. We also bought the Chicken Kabobs with Pineapple from M&M's and they were amazing. The only comment I would make about the ingredients is that the soya is strong. I used a little less and I actually added Hoi sin Sauce. I have it in my fridge all the time. Also I really liked using Sweet Chili sauce instead of chili paste.

I loved this sauce!! I made chicken kabobs and they were great. I also bought the appetizer size chicken and pineapple kabobs and they were amazing with it.
The only thing I changed in the recipe was the soya. I did not put as much. I find soya over powering. I put half the recommended amount of the soya and the other half with Hoi Sin sauce.
I also tried using Organic Peanut Butter and I found I had to add more then the amount says because you do not get a nice peanut taste in it. I like also using Sweet Chili sauce rather then chili paste. My 3 year old daughter loved it. It had a little spiciness to it because of the chili sauce and the curry paste, but perfect!!
