This recipe is a spicy peanut sauce that can be used in many different dishes. It's great for dipping finger foods such as spring rolls, wontons, and pot stickers, or drizzling over noodles.
2 2/3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 2/3 tablespoons unseasoned rice vinegar
1/4 cup cold water
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 cup ground roasted peanuts
2 tablespoons peanut oil
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons hot chili oil, or to taste
Combine the soy sauce, rice vinegar, water, sugar, salt, ginger, and garlic in a blender. Process on high speed for 1 minutes.
Add the ground peanuts to the blender and process for another minute.
With the blender running on low speed, slowly add the oils through the feed hole.
Use the sauce immediately.

I made this spicy asian peanut sauce and it was delicious. It has a bit of a kick but not too spicy. I added chopped green onion to mine and served it on noodles for a quick weekend lunch.

Yes! This was super easy, turned out great in my blender (crushmaster) and had just the right zip and tickles (spicy!)the back of your mouth at the end! I will definitely make it again!
