ingredients
1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
16 ounces baked beans
10 ounces frozen corn
2 teaspoons vinegar
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
directions
In a saucepan, saute onion in oil until tender. Add beans and corn bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until heated through. Stir in vinegar and hot pepper sauce. Serve hot.
