It's so easy to make your own refreshing bubble tea that's sold in coffee shops. If you can't find black pearl tapioca you can substitute regular large pearl tapioca.

1/3 cup black pearl tapioca
1 cup brewed black tea
2 tablespoons chilled milk
4 teaspoons sugar
1 cup ice cubes
directions
Prepare the tapioca pearls as directed on the package. Chill before preparing the drink.
When ready to serve, combine the brewed tea, milk, sugar, and ice in a cocktail shaker. Mix well then strain the mixture into a glass. Add the chilled tapioca pearls and serve immediately.
