12 ounces canned salmon
3/4 cup Miracle Whip or mayonnaise
3 wedges Laughing Cow spreadable cheese or softened cream cheese
1/4 cup horseradish sauce
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
1/2 cup diced green onions
1/4 cup diced red onions
2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 teaspoon grated lime peel
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Drain the salmon and remove any bones and skin.
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor. Pulse process until the ingredients are combined and the desired dip consistency is achieved.
Transfer the dip to a bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 2 hours or up to 10 hours before serving.
Serve the salmon dip with crackers.
