Ah, the unassuming envelope of onion soup mix. It's more than just for onion soup (or dip). It adds tremendous flavor (and convenience) in all these recipes.

A few smart additions can turn a boring can of tuna into a spectacular spread. Cream cheese gives it a velvety texture, but add-ins like fresh parsley and chili sauce really make the flavor pop.
1 package (8 ounce size) cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons chili sauce
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon dry minced onion
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
2 cans (6 ounce size) tuna, drained
In a bowl, stir together the cream cheese, chili sauce, parsley, onion, and hot sauce. Mix until well combined.
Stir in the tuna. Place the tuna pate in a decorative mold (or just a regular bowl), cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
When ready to serve, unmold the tuna pate onto a plate. Serve with bread slices or crackers.

Love buffalo wings? Get that same hot, zippy flavor in everything from deviled eggs to enchiladas. And of course: wings.
Keeping a can of frozen orange juice concentrate in the freezer means you can make more than just orange juice. Try it in a variety of orange-flavored recipes.

I have been making this since the 70s. Everyone loves it. It is a great dip, makes a delicious sandwich, or, my favorite, on toast.

Tuna Pate has been made in my family since the mid 70's. My Aunt Gladys made it first and called it Tuna Log. So embedded in my family and friends I could never show at any party without it.
