1 large ripe avocado, peeled and mashed
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
2 teaspoons grated onion
4 drops hot pepper sauce
assorted crackers
directions
In a bowl, flake tuna with fork. Add remaining ingredients except crackers. Toss lightly. Serve with crackers.
