over 5 hrs
ingredients
2 cans (6.5 ounce size) solid white tuna in water
4 hot jalapeno peppers (from a jar)
2 tablespoons jalapeno pepper juice from pepper jar
2 teaspoons Tabasco brand Jalapeno hot pepper sauce (green one)
2 teaspoons Tabasco brand hot pepper sauce (red one)
mayonnaise
directions
In a food processor fitted with the metal blade, blend peppers until chopped. Add tuna and blend until tuna is finely flaked. Add the jalapeno juice and pepper sauces, blend. Now add the mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the dip is desired consistency.
Chill overnight to allow flavors to blend (if made at the last minute, place in covered bowl and chill in freezer for 1 hour). Can be served with tortilla chips, crackers, breads or just about anything.

nutrition data
Nutritional data has not been calculated yet.The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.
It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).
