ingredients
1/4 pound anchovies
2 red bell pepper, peeled and seeded
2 green bell pepper, peeled and seeded
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup pitted black olives
1 teaspoon oregano
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
directions
Drain peppers. Add to the rest of the ingredients and process to a paste.
You may add mayo if you like. If the dip is too thin add some breadcrumbs.
Can be made with sardines as well.
