Coconut Butter Balls

ingredients
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup flour
3/4 cup flaked coconut
directions
Cream butter, sugar and vanilla together. Add flour all at once and blend. Add coconut, mixing well.
Shape into small balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Chill 15 minutes.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Roll in additional powdered sugar while warm.

These are wonderfully delicious! - somewhat like melting moments; I changed the recipe by adding 2 heaping tablespoons of powdered sugar and they were excellent; will be making these again very soon.

Tastey recipe. Goes together easily. Kind of like a tea cookie. Has a buttery flavor. I'll make it again.
