ingredients
1 can (14 ounce size) sweetened condensed milk, (not evaporated milk)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pinch salt
1 package (14 ounce size) shredded coconut
directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and lightly grease two cookie sheets.
In a small mixing bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, (NOT evaporated milk), vanilla, and salt. Mix well. Stir in shredded coconut.
Drop a heaping tablespoon full of the batter onto the cookie sheet, spacing about an inch apart. Bake for approximately 12 minutes, until lightly brown.
Using a thin spatula, remove from cookie sheets while still warm.
