ingredients
1 can (5 ounce size) tuna, drained
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon curry powder, more if desired
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

directions
In a bowl, stir together the olive oil, mayonnaise, mustard, curry powder, thyme, and oregano. Mix well. Stir in the tuna and mix until it is completely coated in the curry sauce.
Serve immediately or cover and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Serve with crackers.
