1/2 cup freshly squeezed tangerine juice
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup water
1 cup olive oil
directions
Combine all ingredients except oil in blender. Blend well.
With machine running, slowly add oil until thoroughly blended.
