Sour Cream Mustard Sauce

1 cup sour cream
3 tablespoons prepared mustard, preferably a Dijon-style mustard
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
salt and pepper, to taste
directions
Stir together all the ingredients in a bowl. Mix until well blended. Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to chill completely.
Use as a dip for fried chicken, french fries, fish sticks, etc.
