The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.

White Castle isn't just for late night burger cravings! Chopped up burgers actually make a great stuffing for your Thanksgiving turkey (or weeknight chicken).

10 White Castle hamburgers, no pickles
1 1/2 cup celery, diced
1 1/4 teaspoon ground thyme
1 1/2 teaspoon ground sage
3/4 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
1/4 cup chicken broth
In a large mixing bowl, tear the burgers into pieces and add diced celery and seasonings. Toss and add chicken broth. Toss well. Stuff cavity of turkey just before roasting.
Allow 1 hamburger for each pound of turkey, which will be the equivalent of 3/4 cup of stuffing per pound.

Only change we'd suggest is to add chopped onions along with the celery. While the burgers do have some tiny onion bits on them, it's not enough to really flavor the stuffing. Even if you don't have a White Castle restaurant near you, typically you can find them in the frozen section of your grocery store (with the frozen snacks). This stuffing would be good in either turkey or chicken.
