This cinnamon liqueur is a great way to add a little spice to your home bar. Steeping the spices in alcohol creates a delicious and potent liqueur that is perfect for sipping or adding to cocktails.

1 cinnamon stick
2 whole cloves
1 teaspoon ground coriander seed
1 cup vodka
1/2 cup brandy
1/2 cup simple syrup
Steep all spices in alcohol for 2 weeks. Strain and filter until clear and add sugar syrup to taste. Let stand 1 week and its ready to serve.
