A can of cream of mushroom soup can be a real dinner saver. It works great in casseroles and can turn into a sauce or gravy in a pinch.

This creamy, spiced liqueur makes a terrific gift. Even if you keep it all for you. Whether pouring it on ice for a chilled treat or adding a splash to a hot cup of coffee, you'll never fail to appreciate it.

1 can (14 ounce size) sweetened condensed milk
1 cup apple schnapps
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 pinch ground nutmeg
1 tablespoon raw brown sugar
ice
Combine the sweetened condensed milk, schnapps, heavy whipping cream, cinnamon, nutmeg, and brown sugar in a blender. Process on high speed until mixed and frothy.
Place the liqueur in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours.
Stir well then serve over ice.
Store the liqueur in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
