When you think cocktails, what do you think? Mojitos, martinis, cool fruity creations? Warm drinks tend to get forgotten about, but this rum hot toddy is the absolute perfect cold-weather elixir.

2/3 cup spiced rum
2 tablespoons honey
3 cups boiling water
4 cinnamon sticks
4 lemon slices
Combine the rum and honey in a heatproof bowl or large measuring cup. Add the boiling water and stir gently.
Divide the mixture between individual mugs. Garnish each rum hot toddy with a cinnamon stick and lemon slice. Serve immediately.
