ingredients
1 large ripe mango, peeled and cut in chunks
1 lime, juiced
1 cup white wine
1/2 cup club soda or carbonated mineral water
lime slices, for garnish
directions
Combine the mango and lime juice in a blender and puree. Add the wine and club soda and blend thoroughly.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into tall glasses. Add ice, garnish with the limes, and serve.
