2 ripe pears, peeled & cored
2 cups apple juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon liquid honey
2 mint leaves
directions
In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth and frothy.
Chill thoroughly and stir before serving. To froth this drink, return to blender and blend again just before serving.
