It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).

Whether served warm or cold, this drink is the perfect addition to any occasion, from casual get-togethers to special celebrations.

4 ounces apple cider
4 ounces orange or cranberry juice
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
This drink can be served warm or cold.
To serve the drink cold, fill a glass half-full with ice. Add the apple cider, orange or cranberry juice, and lemon juice. Stir well and serve.
To serve the drink warm, heat the apple cider in a saucepan over medium heat. When hot, stir in the orange or cranberry juice and lemon juice and just heat through (do not let it boil). Serve the apple cider drink in heat-proof glasses. Alternately, heat the apple cider in the microwave on high heat for 1 1/2 minutes or until heated through. Add the orange or cranberry juice and heat at 30 second intervals until it is the desired temperature.
The drinks can be garnished with orange slices, apple slices, fresh cranberries, cinnamon sticks (for hot drinks), etc.

Love buffalo wings? Get that same hot, zippy flavor in everything from deviled eggs to enchiladas. And of course: wings.
A can of cream of mushroom soup can be a real dinner saver. It works great in casseroles and can turn into a sauce or gravy in a pinch.
