Gatorade is a popular sports drink that can be purchased at most convenience stores. However, did you know that you can easily make your own Gatorade at home?

ingredients

10 tablespoons sugar
3/4 teaspoon lite salt
1 package any flavor unsweetened Kool-Aid drink mix
60 ounces water

directions

In a 2 quart pitcher, combine the sugar, salt, drink mix and water. Stir well to combine.

Serve immediately over ice or keep chilled in the refrigerator until needed.
