ingredients
1 cup sliced onion
3 pounds skinless, boneless chicken
1 cup whole cranberry sauce
1 tablespoon beef bouillon powder
1 teaspoon cider vinegar
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
directions
Place onion in slow cooker. Arrange chicken over onion. Combine cranberry sauce, bouillon powder, vinegar and mustard in bowl and mix well.
Spoon over chicken, ensuring each piece is covered. Cover. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
