Mexican Chicken Cutlets

ingredients
1 package (1 pound size) frozen peppers and onions
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken cutlets
1/2 package taco seasoning mix, or to taste
1/2 cup fat free, reduced sodium chicken broth
directions
Combine all ingredients in a large nonstick skillet and bring to a boil over medium high heat. Lower the heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Add more broth if necessary.

You can use fresh peppers and onions if desired, just cook until desired doneness (the frozen ones just make this a really easy dish).
