ingredients
1 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1 tablespoon all-purpose seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
4 boneless skinless chicken breast, sliced into thin, palm-size pieces
directions
Combine soy sauce, Dijon mustard, sesame oil, sesame seeds, seasoning and garlic powder.
Preheat griddle to 350 to 375 degrees F; spray with olive oil spray. Place chicken on griddle and pour mixture over top.
Flip chicken and coat other side. Cook chicken thoroughly until no longer pink in center and chicken is browned.
