The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.
Foil Baked Chicken and Vegetables

ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
2 carrots, cut into 1" slices
8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced 1/4" thick
1 large zucchini, sliced
4 tablespoons butter or margarine
8 tablespoons chicken broth or cooking sherry
black pepper, to taste
seasoned salt, to taste
directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Tear off four 12-inch pieces of foil. Place 1 chicken breast on each piece of foil. Cover each piece of chicken with 1/4 of the vegetables, butter, chicken broth, and seasonings, dividing ingredients equally. Fold foil around each breast to make a tight pouch.
Place foil packages on cookie sheet and bake 30 to 40 minutes.
