ingredients
6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 jar (12 ounce size) salsa
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1 tablespoon soy sauce
directions
Combine the salsa, peanut butter, and soy sauce until blended. Place the chicken in the crock pot and pour the salsa mixture over it all.
Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 6 hours or until the chicken is cooked through.
Serve the chicken and sauce over hot, cooked rice.
