Keeping a can of frozen orange juice concentrate in the freezer means you can make more than just orange juice. Try it in a variety of orange-flavored recipes.

1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup soy sauce, may use light version
1/2 cup tomato juice
3 cloves garlic, minced
6 chicken breast halves
Mix brown sugar, oil, soy sauce, tomato juice and garlic. Pour a small amount in the bottom of a Crock-Pot.
Wash chicken and, if pieces are large, cut in half and place in pot. Pour remaining liquid over chicken.
Cook 5 hours on high, or 7-8 hours on low. Serve with rice.

This tasted all right, but lacked "oomph". The chicken was tender with some flavor, but the recipe overall is just average. I served with rice and white wine.
