Not to be confused with evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk is very sweet (and very sticky) and used primarily in desserts.

Peach bellinis are the next step up from mimosas. Peach nectar with a touch of grenadine turns chilled champagne into a fruity and attractive summer drink.
3 ounces chilled peach nectar
1 dash lemon juice
1 dash grenadine
3 ounces chilled champagne
Combine the peach nectar, lemon juice, and grenadine in a fluted champagne glass. Stir gently.
Add the champagne.
Serve the bellini immediately.
Try adding a splash of peach schnapps for a stronger peach flavor.
If you enjoy a bit of spice, add a small amount of ginger syrup to the mix.
Experiment with different types of nectar and syrups to create your own unique bellini variations. They may not taste like the ones at Macaroni Grill, but they'll be your own concoctions!
Yes, you can use any type of sparkling wine, such as Prosecco or Cava, as a substitute for champagne.
For a non-alcoholic bellini, substitute the champagne with sparkling white grape juice, sparkling apple cider, or a non-alcoholic sparkling wine.
Adjust the sweetness by varying the amount of grenadine. For a sweeter drink, add more grenadine; for less sweetness, reduce the amount or omit it entirely. You can also use peach juice instead of nectar as nectar typically contains added sweetener.
It's best to make bellinis just before serving to preserve the fizz and ensure they're served chilled. However, you can mix the peach nectar, lemon juice, and grenadine in advance and add the champagne just before serving.
You can experiment with other fruit nectars or purees like mango, raspberry, or strawberry for different flavors.
Serve in a chilled champagne flute with a garnish of a peach slice or a twist of lemon peel for an elegant presentation.
Yes, you can make fresh peach puree by blending ripe peaches and straining the mixture. Adjust the sweetness with a little sugar or honey if needed.
The grenadine will give a pink hue, but for more color, you can add a splash of raspberry or strawberry syrup.
This bellini pairs well with brunch items, light salads, seafood dishes, or as a refreshing start to any meal.
Yes, you can mix the peach nectar, lemon juice, and grenadine in a large pitcher and add the champagne just before serving to a group.

Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.
The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.

This is delicious and tastes just like macaroni grill. You don't need expensive champagne for this since it tastes more peachy than champagne. I also buy the small bottles of champagne instead of big ones so I can make up just a couple of drinks at a time. We did have this at a brunch with friends where I used two large bottles of champagne and everyone really liked it.
