ingredients
3/4 cup apricot nectar, or passion fruit nectar, chilled
1 bottle (750 ml size) Champagne or Prosecco, chilled
1/4 cup raspberries
6 piece mint leaves
directions
To make each drink, pour 2 tablespoons of nectar into a Champagne flute or other glass. Top each with 1/2 cup of Champagne.
To garnish, drop a few raspberries and a mint sprig into each glass. Serve immediately.
