Sparkling wine blended with peach schnapps, peaches, and ice is all it takes for a round of bubbly Bellinis.

1 ounce peach schnapps
2 fresh peaches (frozen for at least 2 hours)
5 ice cubes
6 ounces sparkling wine
Combine the schnapps, peaches, and ice cubes in a blender. Pulse to start breaking up the peaches. Add the sparkling wine and puree until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a champagne flute and serve the peach bellini immediately.
You can add some grenadine if you want a pink color.
