ingredients
2 pounds sausage
1 1/2 cup crackers
8 eggs, divided
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup onion
1 cup apple
directions
In a bowl, combine sausage, crushed crackers, 2 eggs, milk, finely chopped onion and finely chopped apple; mix well. Place into a greased ring mold and unmold onto a baking sheet.
Bake at 325 degrees F for 1 hour. Scramble 6 eggs in a skillet and spoon into the center of cooked sausage ring.
