ingredients
1 can (16 ounce size) sauerkraut, rinsed and well drained
5 ounces lean corned beef, diced
6 ounces shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup Thousand Island salad dressing
directions
Place the sauerkraut, corned beef, and cheese in the crock pot. Drizzle with the dressing then stir gently to combine.
Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 6 hours or until heated through.
Can serve topped with toasted croutons if desired.
