ingredients

1 package (20 ounce size) frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 pound cooked deli turkey, thinly sliced
1/4 cup Russian salad dressing
1 can (16 ounce size) sauerkraut, drained
8 slices Swiss cheese
Russian salad dressing, for garnish

directions

Sprinkle hash browns into a greased 13x9 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; bake at 450 degrees F for 15 minutes. Arrange turkey slices over hash browns, slightly overlapping; spread with dressing. Spoon sauerkraut over dressing. Top with Swiss cheese and bake an additional 15 minutes. Serve with extra dressing.
