ingredients
1 can condensed tomato soup
8 ounces cream cheese
2 tablespoons gelatin, unflavored
1 1/2 pound cooked shrimp, peeled and minced
1 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup celery, finely chopped
1/2 cup yellow onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup green bell pepper, finely chopped
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice
directions
Heat tomato soup and cream cheese in top of double boiler until cheese melts. Cool slightly. Stir in gelatin and mix well. Add shrimp, mayonnaise, celery, onion, pepper, Worcestershire and lemon juice - mix well.
Pour into a well greased 1 quart mold. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours. Unmold onto platter and serve with butter crackers.
