ingredients
1/2 pound baby carrots
1/2 pound fresh green beans
1/2 pound snow peas
10 small red potatoes
1 small head cauliflower
2 yellow crookneck squash
1/2 pound asparagus
Marinade
2 cloves garlic, crushed or minced
1/2 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
lots of black pepper
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 handful finely minced fresh basil
1 handful finely minced fresh tarragon
1 handful finely minced fresh marjoram
1 handful finely minced fresh dill
1 handful finely minced fresh chives
Dressing
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
directions
Prepare vegetables by cutting each one in half or in bite-size pieces.
Steam vegetables, then add all ingredients in the marinade.
Chill at least 2 hours. Add lemon juice 15 minutes before serving.
