1 cup chopped ham
1 can (10.75 ounce size) mushroom soup, undiluted
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup evaporated milk
2 tablespoons wine or water
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1 package (7 ounce size) spaghetti pasta
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
directions
In a slow cooker, combine soup, mushrooms, ham and water or wine. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours. Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain. Add spaghetti and cheese to slow cooker. Toss to coat.
