1 teaspoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons corn starch
1/3 cup milk (more if needed)

1 package biscuits
Gravy: Add flour and starch to milk and shake in closed container until all lumps have dissolved.
Slice meat into strips and begin warming in frying pan. Add Oil and increase heat to medium high. Gradually add in the milk mixture allowing it to thicken. Continue adding milk mixture until gone. The meat and flour should begin to thicken as it cooks. Gradually add more milk to the pan, stirring constantly. Add milk to pan until desired thickness of gravy is reached.
Salt and pepper to taste. Pour gravy over biscuits or bread for a wonderful meal.
Biscuits: Prepare biscuits as directed or toast bread. Pour meat and gravy over biscuits and enjoy!
