Piggie Park has perfected their version of Carolina gold barbecue sauce. Make it at home with this copycat recipe.

ingredients
1/2 cup yellow mustard
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup white vinegar
salt and pepper, to taste
directions
Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring the sauce to a simmer and let cook for 5 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat and let it cool to room temperature. Transfer the cooled barbecue sauce to a covered container and refrigerate for 8-10 hours.
Let the Piggie Park barbecue sauce come to room temperature before serving.
