Beer makes batters better, meat more tender, and sauces more flavorful.

You'll be wanting a big batch of this stuff. Dark roast coffee makes an outstanding addition to a BBQ sauce, adding in earthy flavors to counterbalance all the sweetness and acidity.

5 cups Worcestershire sauce
5 cups cider vinegar
5 cups ketchup
5 cups brewed coffee
2 pounds light brown sugar, more if desired
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons chili powder
Combine all the ingredients in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Heat, stirring frequently, just until it comes to a boil. Reduce the heat so it's at a low simmer. Let cook for 20-30 minutes or until it is the desired consistency. The sauce should be thick enough to coat the back of a spoon.
Let cool to room temperature. Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 10-14 days.

Not to be confused with evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk is very sweet (and very sticky) and used primarily in desserts.
A can of cream of mushroom soup can be a real dinner saver. It works great in casseroles and can turn into a sauce or gravy in a pinch.

Loved it. My daughter wanted me to pour it in a cup so she could drink it. I made one change out of curiosity, I added horseradish cocktail sauce and it made it really spicy with a slight tang
