1/2 cup Jack Daniel's Tennessee whiskey
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Stir to dissolve the brown sugar. Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat. Let cook for 5 minutes or until the glaze thickens.
Use immediately or let cool and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
