ingredients
1/4 cup butter
1 cup pecans, coarsely chopped
1 cup light or dark corn syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
directions
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add pecans and saute for 5 minutes. Remove pecan mixture from skillet and set aside.
Add corn syrup to skillet and bring to boil. Add pecan mixture and bring back to boil. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
Serve warm over ice cream.
