ingredients
1/4 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
3 tablespoons butter
8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup white wine, dry
2 teaspoons chicken bouillon
1 teaspoon parsley, dried
1/4 teaspoon thyme leaves
directions
Combine flour, paprika and pepper in a plastic bag. Add chicken breasts a few pieces at a time. Shake to coat.
In a large skillet, brown the chicken in butter or shortening on both sides. Remove from pan. Add remaining ingredients to pan and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Add chicken and simmer, covered, for 20 minutes or until done.
