ingredients
3 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves or thighs
1/4 cup soy sauce, low sodium
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 large clove garlic
1/4 teaspoon oregano
directions
Mix soy sauce, vinegar, oil, crushed garlic, and oregano. Pour mixture over chicken arranged in shallow baking dish and cover.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes, then turn chicken and bake an additional 15 minutes.

there has got to be something wrong with this recipe. I followed the recipe to the letter but the chicken was dry. Soy sauce in Italian cooking? I didn't find anything redeeming about this recipe.
