Wild Rice Burgers

ingredients

1 cup wild rice, cooked
1 cup long grain white rice, cooked
2 eggs (medium to small size)
2 tablespoons yogurt
2 tablespoons oil
1 pinch chili powder
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh sage, chopped
salt & white pepper
1/4 cup fine bread crumbs, or as needed
flour

directions

Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs. Add just enough bread crumbs to make the mixture workable.

Wet your hands with water and form the mixture into patties. The water will keep the mixture from sticking to you. If the mixture is still too sticky, you can add more breadcrumbs or flour to it.

Place patties in a preheated skillet (or on a grill) and cook until done. Serve on buns.
