Not to be confused with evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk is very sweet (and very sticky) and used primarily in desserts.

under 30 minutes
ingredients
1 round loaf Italian bread
2 packages (8 ounce size) cream cheese
1 can crab meat
1 package baby shrimp, peeled and deveined and without tails (be sure to use the small shrimp)
1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 dash onion powder
salt and pepper, to taste
directions
Mix cheese and seafood with electric mixer, add onion powder, salt and pepper. Cut a bowl out of round loaf of bread and hollow it out, saving the top and the bread that was removed.
Spoon mixture into bread and put the top back on. Wrap with aluminum foil shiny side out. Place in a pre-heated oven and bake at 375 degrees F approximately 20 minutes.
Remove top. Use the remaining bread for dipping (remaining bread can be baked in oven in foil for 10 minutes right before serving).
