8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup small cooked shrimp
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup chili sauce
1/4 cup grated onion
3 drops Tabasco sauce
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

directions

Beat cream cheese until smooth; fold in remaining ingredients and mix until well blended. Refrigerate several hours.

Serve with crackers or with raw vegetables to dip.

    This is way too spicy. It is inedible. I think that 1/2 cup chili sauce is a typo. Maybe it should be 1/2 tsp or Tbs.

    • I think you misunderstand what chili sauce is. It's a bottled sauce that's often used for shrimp cocktail. It's like a spicier ketchup (in fact, it's often sold near the ketchup in stores). It's not "hot sauce" like Tabasco. Chili sauce is a common ingredient in making cocktail sauce.
