ingredients
2 packages (8 ounce size) cream cheese
8 ounces sour cream
1 can (8 ounce size) minced clams in juice
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 tablespoon chives, chopped (optional)
directions
In a medium-sized glass bowl, soften the cream cheese with a fork. Add sour cream to cream cheese. Add the clams without the juice and mix clams into cheese.
Add the clam juice a little at a time until the desired consistency. Add Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and chives. Mix well.
Taste dip. Add more Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice a little at a time if desired. Mix well.
Chill about an hour in refrigerator.
