ingredients
1 pound fresh crab meat, well picked over
1 package (8 ounce size) cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dry mustard
3 dashes garlic salt
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons cream sherry
milk, as needed to make creamy
directions
Pick over the crab meat carefully.
Place cream cheese and sour cream in microwave on defrost for 4 minutes. Whip with whisk. Add all ingredients except crab meat. Add crab meat by folding in gently.
Heat in a double boiler. Serve in a chafing dish. Serve with bland crackers.
