1 cup lemon juice
3 cloves garlic, mashed
3 tablespoons crushed red pepper
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
directions
In a 1 quart salad bowl combine lemon juice with mashed garlic. Blend in crushed red pepper, black pepper and salt. Place in small ramekin dishes and serve with entrees.
